Shipping and Customs Clearance Instructions
Let’s Make This Clear Before You Place an Order
When buying a replica watch online, especially across borders, what most people worry about is not the product itself, but this:
After payment, can the watch be delivered safely and smoothly to my door?
Cross-border shipping involves multiple stages, including logistics, customs, duties, packaging, and final delivery. If any one of these steps goes wrong, the overall experience is affected.
That is why we treat shipping and customs clearance with the same level of importance as the product itself. From carrier selection and route matching to duty explanations, packaging, tracking, and exception handling, we try to make the entire process clear before you place an order.
Which Carriers Do We Use?
We only work with international carrier systems that offer mature tracking capabilities, strong stability, and reliable exception-handling mechanisms:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
Air transport is used as the primary shipping method, with suitable solutions matched according to the destination country or region.
Why don’t we use lower-cost small logistics companies? Because for cross-border orders, stability matters more than low pricing. Smaller channels are generally less reliable than established systems in terms of tracking transparency, parcel loss rates, and compensation procedures.
Three Shipping Methods
| Method | Estimated Delivery Time | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Standard International Express | 4–7 business days | Most orders |
| Expedited Service | 3–5 business days | Customers who want faster delivery |
| Dedicated Shipping Line | 10–15 days | Customers who are not in a hurry and prioritize budget |
The actual available options are subject to what is shown at checkout. If a particular route is experiencing delays or holiday-related disruptions, we will explain this in advance.
A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after shipment.
Duties & Customs Clearance: First Check Which Situation Applies to You
We clearly indicate on the order page whether the current route is under DDP terms.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties are already included in the order cost. In most cases, you will not need to make any additional payment upon delivery, nor will you need to handle customs procedures yourself.
Non-DDP: We will assist in preparing the declaration documents, but whether you need to provide additional information or pay duties depends on the notification issued by your local customs authority.
It is important to note that DDP does not mean “never subject to inspection,” and non-DDP does not mean “always complicated.” Handling methods vary depending on the country and shipping route. Our approach is to inform you in advance, match the appropriate route in advance, and avoid making absolute promises.

* For Europe routes where duties are not included, the exact countries covered are subject to the checkout page. If your country is not listed in the table, please contact customer service for confirmation.
Delivery times are based on historical reference ranges and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, and other factors. They should not be treated as absolute guarantees.
Packaging: Four Layers of Protection
During cross-border transportation, parcels go through multiple rounds of sorting, loading, unloading, and transit. Packaging must solve three key issues: shock resistance, compression resistance, and moisture protection.
We use a four-layer packaging solution:
- Cushioning layer:bubble wrap and protective materials to reduce movement and impact
- Filling layer:filling material placed between the watch box and the outer carton to absorb shock
- Reinforcement layer:thick corrugated cardboard box for compression and collision resistance
- Moisture barrier layer:sealed moisture-proof bag to isolate humidity
This is carried out with reference to transportation standards for precision products.
Final Delivery: The Last Mile
Different regions are matched with mature local delivery networks:
- United States / Europe:direct delivery by FedEx, UPS, or DHL
- Japan:Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express
The reason we choose mature delivery networks is simple: more stable delivery, clearer tracking, higher inquiry efficiency, and faster exception handling.
What You Will Receive After Shipment
- Tracking number:provided within 24 hours after shipment
- Internal shipment monitoring:we regularly check the status of orders in transit
- Key status updates: important milestones such as export clearance, import clearance, and out-for-delivery; if any issue occurs, we will notify you accordingly
How Shipping Exceptions Are Handled
In international shipping, the following issues may occasionally occur:
- tracking information does not update for several days
- customs clearance takes longer than expected
- delivery attempts fail
- address confirmation is required
- abnormal transit delays occur
If any of the above situations arise, we will proactively contact the carrier, investigate the shipment status, and provide handling suggestions. You do not need to repeatedly chase the courier company yourself; we will follow up on your behalf.
The core point is not to promise that “nothing will ever go wrong,” but to make sure that if something does happen, someone is responsible for handling it.
What You Need to Know Before Placing an Order
- Delivery times are reference ranges, not absolute guarantees. Known delay risks will be explained in advance.
- Duties and customs clearance rules are subject to what is shown on the order page. Different regions have different rules.
- Packaging reduces risk, but it cannot eliminate all extreme situations. If the outer packaging appears obviously damaged upon delivery, please take photos and contact customer service immediately.
What Should You Do Next?
Shipping and customs clearance are not just “back-end order steps.” They are part of your shopping experience. We explain the process clearly so that before you place an order, you already know:
how the watch will be shipped, how long it may take, and how duties will be handled.
